Culinary holidays in the Zillertal

The pamper-board at the Hotel Burgschrofn is based on homemade food. The hotel offers traditional and seasonal cuisine, regional delights that are freshly prepared on every day. We use organic produce from regional suppliers. Culinary-wise we draw on abundant resources, from our breakfast buffet to dinner and we serve only the best the Zillertal has on offer.

Cooking is of top priority: Host Hermann himself cooks and looks after the culinary needs of his guests.
